Itinerary

Arrival: Meet your private chauffeur-guide at the Airport.
Travel: Head to the Cultural Triangle (Sigiriya).
Evening: Relax at a resort with a pool so the kids can splash around after the flight.
Overnight: Sigiriya.

Morning: Climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress. For younger kids, we can visit Pidurangala Rock for a majestic view of the fortress instead.
Afternoon: Minneriya National Park Safari to see “The Gathering” of hundreds of wild elephants.
Overnight: Sigiriya.

Morning: Visit a Spice Garden in Matale where kids can see how cocoa and vanilla grow.
Afternoon: Arrive in Kandy. Visit the Temple of the Tooth during the evening ceremony with traditional drums.
Evening: Enjoy a Kandyan Cultural Dance (kids love the fire-walking finale!).
Overnight: Kandy.

Morning: Visit the Royal Botanical Gardens (lots of space for kids to run).
Afternoon: Board the Scenic Train from Peradeniya to Nanu Oya. This is often the highlight for children!
Evening: Explore the cool, misty streets of Nuwara Eliya.
Overnight: Nuwara Eliya.

Morning: Early morning Jeep Safari in Yala National Park. Look for leopards, sloth bears, and crocodiles.
Afternoon: Drive to the coastal town of Mirissa.
Evening: Relax on the beach and enjoy a seafood BBQ.
Overnight: Mirissa.

Morning: Whale Watching boat trip to see Blue Whales (best from Nov–April).
Afternoon: Visit a Sea Turtle Hatchery where kids can help release baby turtles into the ocean.
Evening: Free time for surfing lessons or snorkeling.
Overnight: Mirissa.

Morning: Explore the Galle Dutch Fort. Walk the ramparts and see the lighthouse.
Afternoon: Drive to Colombo via the Southern Expressway.
Departure: Last-minute souvenir shopping before heading to the Airport.
